Plan limits explained
What Free, Pro and Business include — guide allowances, Flo tools, Extras and analytics — and what happens when you reach a limit.

WelcomeFlo has three plans. The main differences are how many guides you can publish and which Flo tools and Extras you have access to.
Guide allowances
- Free — one guide
- Pro — up to 25 guides
- Business — unlimited guides
A guide represents one property. Your dashboard shows how many you are using.
Flo tools
Flo Importer — creating a guide from a document or listing — is available on every plan, including Free. Ask Flo, Flo Assistant, Flo Places and Flo Translations are included with Pro and Business. Flo Insights gives every plan straightforward suggestions; Pro and Business additionally get the AI-written explanations and recommended actions. See Meet Flo.
Extras
Offering Extras — paid or free add-ons guests can request — is available on Pro and Business. Business additionally includes vendor settlement tools for tracking what is owed to outside vendors. See What are Extras?.
Content libraries and shared content
A single content library, used by your one guide, is included on Free. Creating additional libraries to share content across several guides is available on Pro and Business. See Content libraries explained.
What is not limited
Guest views are unlimited on every plan. You are never charged because a guide was popular, and there is no cap on how often you can edit a guide.
Analytics history
Every plan includes a basic activity view. Pro and Business unlock the full breakdown — popular content, searches, actions and sources. How far back you can look depends on your plan: 30 days on Free, around 24 months on Pro, and the full history on Business.
Reaching your limit
You will need to either deactivate a guide you are not using, which frees a slot without deleting content, or move to a plan with a higher allowance.

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars.
Choosing a plan
Most hosts with one property never need to leave Free. Pro is worth it once you are managing several properties, want Flo's AI tools, or want to offer Extras.
