What are Extras?
An overview of Extras — the paid or free add-ons guests can request from your guide, like early check-in or an airport transfer.
Updated
Extras are optional add-ons guests can request directly from your guide — an early check-in, a late checkout, a welcome hamper, an airport transfer, and similar services. They are available on Pro and Business.

Why offer them
Extras turn requests you may already be handling by message — "can we check in earlier?" — into something a guest can ask for, and you can approve, directly from the guide. Some can also take payment on the spot, so you are not chasing money separately.
How it works, in short
- You create an offer — what it is, how it is priced, and whether a request needs your approval first.
- Guests browse and request Extras from the guide's Extras tab.
- Depending on how you have set it up, the request is either confirmed automatically, or waits for you to accept, decline, or propose different terms.
- Payment, where one applies, follows the same rule: taken instantly, taken once you approve, or arranged directly with the guest.
Ready-made templates
Common offers — early check-in, late checkout, welcome hamper, mid-stay cleaning, pet fee, pool heating, baby equipment, airport transfer, equipment hire and a local experience — come as starting templates with sensible defaults, which you can rename, reprice or adjust. You are not limited to these; a custom offer works the same way.
