Does the Free plan require a credit card?

No. You can create your first guide without entering card details.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests open the guide through a mobile-friendly web link on any supported device.

Are guest views unlimited?

Yes. All plans include unlimited guest views, subject to reasonable fair use and abuse prevention.

What counts as a guest guide?

A guide is a published WelcomeFlo guide created for a property, accommodation or guest experience.

Which Flo features are included with Pro?

Pro includes Ask Flo, Flo Assistant, Flo Places, Flo Translations, and Flo Insights.

Can I use Extras on Free?

Extras are available from Pro, where guests can request optional services like early check-in, late checkout or transfers and pay through your own Stripe account.

Can I remove WelcomeFlo branding?

Not yet. Every guide currently shows WelcomeFlo branding. Removing it is on our roadmap for Business.

Can I use my own domain?

Not yet. Guides are published on a welcomeflo.com address that you choose. Custom domains are on our roadmap for Business.

What is included with Business?

Business includes everything in Pro plus up to 100 guides, Extras vendor settlement tools and dedicated onboarding. Team accounts, API access and PMS integrations are on our roadmap and not yet available.
