About
WelcomeFlo helps accommodation hosts turn everything guests need into one clear, mobile-friendly guide — and helps guests find the answer themselves, with tools like Ask Flo and Flo Translations built in. No app to download, no account to create, no scrolling back through old messages.

Most short-stay properties already have a welcome guide — a folder on the kitchen bench, a PDF attached to a booking message, a laminated sheet by the door. Then details change, recommendations go out of date, and the Wi-Fi password ends up on page four.
Guests do not message because they are not paying attention. They message because it is easier than finding the answer themselves — which means more work for the host, and more uncertainty for the guest, at the exact moment both would rather things felt simple.
WelcomeFlo has grown well past replacing a printed binder.
Guests shouldn’t need another app
No download, no account and no password should sit between a guest and the answer they need.
Hosts shouldn’t start from a blank page
The product should carry more of the setup and organisation work, not leave it all to the host.
The right information beats more information
A useful guide is the one that puts the important thing where someone will find it, not the longest one.
Every feature should earn its place
Complexity has to create real value for a host or a guest, or it does not ship.
Independent hosts
WelcomeFlo is designed first for the host with one or two properties who handles most of the guest experience themselves — with no operations team, so every repeated question takes time away from something else. Setup has to be quick, content has to be easy to keep current, and a guide has to be useful from the very first guest.
Property managers
The same principles hold at a larger scale, where small inefficiencies get repeated across every guide. A change to a check-out procedure or a local recommendation should not have to be made twenty times — Content Libraries let shared information be written once and reused, while property-specific details stay attached to the guide they belong to.
Guide analytics are designed to show hosts what guests need without identifying individual guests — no names, no email addresses and no IP addresses, with location recorded only at country level. Some optional features, like requesting an Extra, may need the information required to fulfil that specific request. Read more on our Security page.
WelcomeFlo is an Australian software company, trusted by more than 400 hosts, built around a simple idea: the best products come from listening closely to the people who use them. Customer feedback stays central to what we build next — we focus on improvements that save hosts time and make a stay better for guests, not features added to make a comparison table look longer.
The digital guide is the starting point. The bigger opportunity is making everything between booking and checkout easier for guests to navigate and easier for hosts to manage — better communication, answers guests can find themselves, useful Extras, and insight into what is actually working. Not only a replacement for the welcome book, but a better way for hosts and guests to communicate across the whole stay.
Build your first guide free, preview exactly what a guest will see, and share it when you are ready.
