Cancel your subscription

Stop a paid plan renewing, keep access until the period you have paid for ends, and know what happens to your guides.

Updated

Cancelling stops your subscription renewing. It does not end your access immediately.

How to cancel

Open the billing area of your account and cancel the subscription. You will be shown the date your paid access runs until.

What happens next

  • You keep paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for
  • You are not charged again
  • Your account then moves to the limits of the plan it falls back to

Cancelling does not delete your account, your guides or your content.

Some guides may need to be deactivated to fit the lower allowance. Deactivating keeps everything — the content is still there if you subscribe again later.

Guests will not be able to open a guide that has been deactivated, so replace or remove printed QR codes for any property affected.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally not refunded for unused time in a period you have already paid for. This does not affect rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer law.

If you think a charge is wrong, contact us with the details and we will look into it.

Deleting your account is separate

Cancelling a subscription and deleting your account are different actions. If you want both, cancel first.
