Add another guide
Create a second or subsequent guide for another property, and understand what carries over and what does not.

Each property needs its own guide, with its own web address so guests only ever see the property they are staying in.
Creating it
From Guides, choose New guide and enter the property name, address and web address, exactly as you did for your first guide.
What carries over
Your media library and places are account-wide, so images you have already uploaded and recommendations you have already written are available immediately — no need to upload or research them twice.
A new guide can also start from an existing content library rather than a blank one, which is how most multi-property hosts avoid rewriting the same check-out instructions for every property. See Content libraries explained and sharing content across guides.
What does not carry over
Everything property-specific starts fresh: the address, the cover image, host contact details, check-in times and the web address.
That is deliberate. These are exactly the details that cause problems when they are wrong, so they are never copied from another property by default.
Guide limits
How many guides you can have depends on your plan — one on Free, up to 25 on Pro, unlimited on Business. Your dashboard shows what you are using.
If you have reached your limit, deactivating a guide you are not currently using frees a slot without deleting anything.
There is no duplicate option
WelcomeFlo cannot yet copy an existing guide into a new one. Shared content covers most of the same need, and avoids the common problem of a duplicated guide keeping details from the property it was copied from.
