Ask Flo: guest questions answered instantly
How Ask Flo answers a guest's question in their own words using your guide's own content, and what you can see about it as a host.
Updated
Ask Flo lets a guest ask a question in their own words and get a direct answer, rather than searching for the right keyword themselves. It is available on Pro and Business.

Where guests find it
Ask Flo sits alongside ordinary search, in the Search tab of the guide. A guest can search by keyword as usual, or switch to Ask Flo and type a full question — "what time is checkout" or "can I bring my dog" both work.
What it can answer
Ask Flo answers only from what is actually in your guide — its Stay content, categories, sections, FAQs and any Extras you offer. If the guide does not cover something, it says so rather than guessing, so a guest is never given wrong information invented on the spot.
Every answer names the section it came from, so a guest can open the source and read the full context if they want more than the short answer.
What you see as a host
Your Analytics page shows how Ask Flo is performing: how many questions were asked, how many were answered fully, partially, or not found at all, and the questions guests asked most. Guests can rate an answer helpful or not helpful, and unhelpful ratings and unanswered questions are both a direct signal of content worth adding to your guide.
Improving the answers guests get
Ask Flo can only answer what your guide contains. If the same question keeps coming back as unanswered, adding a section that covers it is the fix — see Flo Insights, which surfaces exactly this kind of gap.
