Manage more than one property
Run several guides from one account, keep each property distinct and know how guide limits work across a portfolio.
Updated
One WelcomeFlo account can hold guides for many properties, each with its own web address, content and appearance.
One guide per property
A guide represents one property or listing. Three apartments means three guides, each with its own address so guests only ever see the property they are staying in.
Do not be tempted to run several properties from one guide. Guests end up reading instructions for somewhere else, which causes more messages than it saves.
How many you can have
- Free — one guide
- Pro — up to 25 guides
- Business — unlimited guides
Your dashboard shows how many you are currently using.
Reaching the limit
If you reach your plan's limit you can either deactivate a guide you are not using, which frees a slot without deleting anything, or move to a plan with a higher allowance.
Keeping properties straight
A few habits help once you pass three or four properties:
- Name guides after the property as guests know it from their booking
- Use a consistent web address pattern, such as the property name
- Keep a cover photograph of each property so they are distinguishable at a glance in the dashboard
What to share, what to keep separate
Anything true of every property — your check-out routine, your policy on parcels — is worth writing once and sharing through a content library. Anything specific to a building stays with its guide. See Content libraries explained and Sharing content across guides.
