Upload or import photographs that help guests recognise controls, find things and understand instructions.

Adding an image
Add an image content block to a section. You can upload a file from your device, or paste a link to an image and import it.
Importing copies the image into your media library, so it keeps working in your guide even if the original link stops working.
Your media library
Every image you upload is kept in the media library and can be reused across guides. Upload a photograph of a shared building entrance once and use it in every guide for that building.
Images that genuinely help
The most useful photographs in a guide are not the pretty ones:
- The front door, so guests know they are at the right building
- The key safe, with its location visible
- A thermostat or boiler control panel
- The bin store, and which bin is which
- The parking space, from the road
Write the caption for a phone
A guest holding a phone in one hand needs the image and a short line of text together. Long explanations under a photograph get skipped.
Sizing
Upload the largest version you have. Images are optimised automatically for the device opening the guide, so a big original does not slow the guide down — but a small one cannot be sharpened.
