Check-in and check-out times are among the most-asked questions in hosting, and among the easiest to answer once.
Setting the times
Open the guide's settings and set your check-in and check-out times. The defaults are 3:00 PM and 10:00 AM, which suit most properties — if yours match, you only need to save.
They appear automatically
Setting either time switches on the home-screen display, so guests see the times as soon as they open the guide. You do not need to enable anything separately.
If you would rather they were not on the home screen, the display can be switched off while keeping the times set.
Choosing a format
Times can be shown in 12-hour or 24-hour format. Pick whichever matches the guests you usually host — international guests are generally better served by 24-hour.
Add the detail around them
The time is only half the answer. Guests also want to know:
- Whether early check-in or late check-out is ever possible, and how to ask
- Where to leave luggage if they arrive early
- What to do on the morning of departure
A short section covering those saves more messages than the times alone.
