Find your way around the dashboard
A tour of the WelcomeFlo dashboard so you know where guides, content, places, Extras, analytics and settings live.
Updated
Everything you do as a host happens in the dashboard. Here is what each area is for.
Home
An overview of your account: your guides, recent activity and anything needing attention. It is the fastest way to jump into whatever you were last working on.
Guides
The list of your property guides. From here you create new guides, open one to edit it, and reach each guide's settings — name, address, host contact details, check-in times and web address.
Content
Where the writing happens. Categories, subcategories and sections, organised into one or more content libraries you can share across guides. This is also where Flo Assistant and Flo Suggestions live, helping you write and review content as you go.
Places
Your local recommendations. Add a restaurant or attraction once, write your note, and choose which guides show it. Flo Places can suggest nearby places for you to review here too.
Extras
Any paid or free add-ons you offer guests, like early check-in or an airport transfer — create offers, set how they are paid for, and manage guest requests.
Media
Every image and document you have uploaded. Files here can be reused across guides, so a photograph only needs uploading once.
Links
A check on the external links in your guides, so you can find broken ones before a guest does.
Analytics
How guests are using your guides — visits, engagement, what they open and what they search for — plus Flo Insights, which turns that activity into specific suggestions.
Account
Your profile, password and billing. This is separate from the host contact details guests see, which are set per guide.
Finding things quickly
If you are looking for something specific and cannot remember where it lives, the Guides list is usually the right starting point: almost everything about a property is reachable from its guide.
